Some Acere products may be released in limited quantities and may sell out.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item.

We may introduce, withdraw or change products available on the Website at any time. Changes will not affect orders for which a contract has already been formed, except where agreed with you or permitted by law.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed on the Website in the applicable currency and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect an order for which a contract has already been formed.

If we discover an obvious pricing error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement or confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver goods within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at info@acereactive.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

9. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

Acere offers a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

This is in addition to any statutory cancellation rights available to you.

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for information about requesting a return, return postage, refunds and the condition in which products should be returned.

Nothing in our voluntary returns policy affects your statutory rights.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

You have statutory rights in relation to goods purchased from us.

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where required by law following the exercise of a statutory cancellation right, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or express delivery service may not be refundable.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, product restrictions or minimum purchase requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
